Overview

OVID My Office is an attendance Software built for all businesses ,factories, workshops, educational institutions, offices and shops , filling stations , restaurants , etc. This comes as a Mobile app on Google Android Platform and Apple iOS platforms. The setup needs just a smartphone designated as Attendance Machine. This can be an old unused smartphone too. The MyOffice app is downloaded on it. Then the staff also download the MyOffice App on their personal mobiles. All these app installations and devices are then approved by the business owner on the Web Portal provided by us. Then the Staff can start scanning the QR code to mark their attendance. The camera and location permissions are to be accepted after installing the app. MyOffice is just having couple of screens to keep the process simple. You just scan and it is done.

• Supports multiple locations: OVID MyOffice distinguishes between the Office Branch Locations which can be configured on the Web Portal.
• Staff are tagged to particular Office Branch(es) only. So, they can mark their attendance only at their branch location(s).
• Personal Data : since Biometrics are increasingly used in Banking and Finance , OVID MyOffice gives you a peace of mind for all the Staff as it is not dealing with your fingerprints.
• Tracking: OVID MyOffice app has access to your location only when you open the App. This is for making sure that the Employee Location and Attendance Machine locations are in Office only. We don't read your location data once you close the App.
