OVID My Office is an attendance Software built for all businesses ,factories, workshops, educational institutions, offices and shops , filling stations , restaurants , etc. This comes as a Mobile app on Google Android Platform and Apple iOS platforms. The setup needs just a smartphone designated as Attendance Machine. This can be an old unused smartphone too. The MyOffice app is downloaded on it. Then the staff also download the MyOffice App on their personal mobiles. All these app installations and devices are then approved by the business owner on the Web Portal provided by us. Then the Staff can start scanning the QR code to mark their attendance. The camera and location permissions are to be accepted after installing the app. MyOffice is just having couple of screens to keep the process simple. You just scan and it is done.
